Ben Sell, Intel

Bernhard (Ben) Sell is Vice President in the Technology Development Group at Intel Corporation, responsible for the development of all Silicon process technology nodes. Previously, Sell led the development of Intel 4 and Intel 3 and was Vice President for Specialized Technologies responsible for the definition and development of new capabilities to enhance Intel platforms. Before joining Intel in 2002, Sell worked for Infineon Technologies AG in Dresden, Germany, while pursuing his doctorate. Sell earned a diploma in physics from the University of Hamburg and a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Hamburg University of Technology. He is the author/co-author of over a dozen publications in the field of advanced CMOS technology, spanning topics related to DRAM and logic technology development. He has been granted over 50 patents in the areas of DRAM and logic technology development.
