functions, Heidi understands that a strong people strategy is a business strategy. She’s held executive HR roles at World Vision International, Tesla, Palo Alto Networks, and currently leads Talent & Growth at Cohesity, the world’s leading data storage & protection company.
Heidi holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. She’s been happily married to the love of her life for more than 20 years. They are the proud parents of both biological and bonus/foster daughters, and a giant dog. Heidi lives with her family in Michigan, loves wine, and speaks gratitude fluently.
