Jeff most recently joins us from a VC backed startup in our space called Tenfold. Tenfold was an integration platform for contact center technologies that primarily integrated voice platforms with CRMs to deliver the most relevant data to a contact center agent dynamically and in real- time during an interaction with a customer. Jeff was able to drive significant growth at Tenfold and create a product that was highly desired by many customers and competitors in our space. Last October, LivePerson acquired Tenfold and now after a successful transition, Jeff is ready to join our mission. Prior to Tenfold Jeff spent 10 years at Rackspace where he held many different positions from building Rackspace’s first Enterprise sales team to running International while living in Europe to interim CEO and President.
