Niklas Heuveldop is the CEO of Vonage, part of Ericsson. He first joined Ericsson in 1993 and has served in various international assignments across the Americas and Europe, including as Head of Global Customer Unit AT&T and Head of Market Unit Central America & Caribbean.Ericsson’s customers and partners in the United States and Canada in building out the 5G innovation platform, leading a new wave of innovation that will radically improve lives, redefine business and pioneer a more sustainable future. Heuveldop previously served as Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Group Function Technology & Emerging Business, leading the establishment of a new business area dedicated to emerging business. Prior to that role, Heuveldop was Chief Customer Officer and Head of Group Function Sales.
