At Microsoft Panos Panay’s official title is Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer, but at his core, he’s a product maker with an eye for detail and a love of innovation. He leads the vision and strategy for Windows + Devices, which includes the development and design Windows for the Windows ecosystem, and the development, design, supply chain, and manufacturing of all Microsoft hardware.

Since joining Microsoft in 2004, Panay has become known as a creative visionary in product-making. He truly believes that products are a reflection of the people who make them and the people who use them. The passion and care that is put into the development of any product from a new feature in Windows to the creation of a new form factor is felt by each person who uses it.
Panay is a devoted husband and father of four. He and his family moved from Los Angeles to Seattle 16 years ago to join Microsoft. When he’s not at work, he can usually be found spending time with his family, golfing, or cooking.
